In short

02 Your code lives on your hardware via staffrip-agent — we don't replicate it.

03 We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

What we collect

Account information you give us (email, name, organisation), workspace metadata (boards, tasks, chat messages), billing data via Stripe, and operational telemetry (request logs, error traces).

What we don't

Source code from your local filesystem. The staffrip-agent daemon mediates filesystem access locally — file contents only travel to the LLM you've configured (your Anthropic key, by default), never to staff.rip's servers.

Where it lives

Primary infrastructure in EU (eu-central-1, Frankfurt). No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA without an adequate safeguard.

Subprocessors

Stripe (billing), Scaleway (infrastructure), Anthropic (LLM, only when you use included credits), Postmark (transactional email). Full list at /security/subprocessors.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, portability — all available self-serve from your org dashboard. Or email privacy@staff.rip and we'll handle it within 30 days.
