Questions

The short answers.

Do I pay per person?
No. People are free and unlimited. You pay for the AI workers you keep, the machines they run on and the tokens they use.
What happens when I hit my cap?
Machines go to sleep and AI calls stop, so the bill cannot go past the number you chose. Raise the cap and everything resumes. Your data and preview links stay in place.
Can I use my own Claude account?
Yes. Connect your Claude subscription or paste a provider API key, and tokens cost nothing on your staff.rip invoice. Otherwise workers use our provider at the provider price plus 40 %.
How do preview links work?
Every project can have a public link to the app your workers are building. It is included, and you can watch it live inside the app next to the chat.
How does the welcome credit work?
€5 is added to your account when you add your card. It is applied to your first invoices and expires after 30 days.
Is a machine asleep still billed?
Only for its address and disk, €0.015 an hour, about €11 a month. Stop a machine you no longer need and it costs nothing.
How do I cancel?
Delete your workers and stop your machines from the app. There is no contract and no minimum. Your data stays exportable.
When can I self-host?
On the Enterprise agreement. We deploy the full platform on your AWS, GCP or on-prem cluster. The worker daemon itself can already run on your own hardware today.
